misc: fusion lsh projects

Proposal:

1. fusion all operators in one
2. add 3 operating modes : tenant, cluster & multi-cluster.
3. add job modes to run heavy functions (ex: bucket cleanup).
4. dev generics lsh modules (maybe with timoni) & delete dedicated apps controllers.
